We offer free shipping and returns on orders over $75 through The United States Postal Service. Packages over 16 ounces in weight are shipped Priority Mail and will arrive in 3-5 business days from the order date.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we offer a return option within 30 days of your purchase date on all full price items. All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Items should be returned new, unworn and with all original tags and labels still attached We may refuse to accept returns which are not in the above specified conditions. If you need to return an item that meets the above criteria, please include your contact information and order number in an email to whatsup@risingtidestyle.net. Once we receive your request we will provide you with full return instructions.
